- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer support at info@jwnshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 1 business day with detailed return instructions and the correct return address (please do not send returns to our registered office).
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
