Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Jwnshop. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at info@jwnshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will reply within 1 business day with detailed return instructions and the correct return address (please do not send returns to our registered office).
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges & Damaged Items
